Phenomenal Expert

As first time home buyers in Summit County we were obviously quite intimidated. The market is in a crazy place and it is overwhelming to say the least. Luckily, we had some of the best agents working around the clock for us. Our Realtor Chris Eby and the sellers agent Paula Stanton are phenomenal people and kept us in the loop every step of the way. There were quite a few unexpected obstacles that popped up, but again the agents really took control and handled it. Everything was explained in detail and given to us in a way we could understand to decide on a solution.  We are beyond thankful to have had this incredible team of experts handling the transaction from the very beginning.

Easy to Refer

Paula, you already know we love our Summit Valley Ranch home. It has been a hit with all the friends and family who have visited….that’s the 1st right. We just had the entire family in for Spring break skiing -we used OSHP as our base, and as you informed us it added greatly to the experience. Additionally I am pleased with the net rent ROI….your 2nd right.

Paula Stanton was referred to us in late 2010 by a friend who had purchased their home with Paula’s help. Over the next eight months Paula worked diligently and enthusiastically as we refined our target neighborhood online and during several visits to Summit Country. I lost count of the homes we visited. Eventually Paula came to understand where we belonged and recommended Spruce Valley Ranch. We found the perfect home and setting and Paula guided us through a challenging negotiation. We have owned and enjoyed the home since closing in Nov of 2011.

A short time later I asked Paula to look for a Ski in Ski out income producing condo. She quickly found a unit at One Ski Hill Place. We purchased the right unit at the right price in Spring of 2012. recently I felt it was time to sell the unit and called Paula. My initial introduction to Paula occurred when she was a partner with Prudential Timberhill Real Estate in Breckenridge. The office was fairly small and it was easy to meet the principles in the office and really get to know them and their expertise in the Breckenridge market. While my first
real estate transaction was through one of these partners, he spoke very highly of Paula, and I believe she may have even had some input to that initial purchase. There were additional transactions in the Breckenridge market, and my wife and I began to work more closely with Paula. What a pleasure! Closed on Time

We live on the East Coast and had to select an agent by phone. Paula provided such a comprehensive and detailed set of answers to all our questions that we felt very comfortable to start working with her without meeting face to face. She was so attentive to our needs, and we jointly refined selection criteria before our visit. Her tremendous responsiveness and advice combined with an excellent set of online tools to show maps, pictures and listings were very helpful. Once we arrived, selecting the right properties in priority order took just a couple of days, and Paula worked with us to negotiate a good deal. But there is much more to a great agent’s work than just selecting an apartment, from getting the right mortgage broker for a condo hotel to organizing inspections and property management team visit – a lot of requiring a deep knowledge of the local market and a good network of specialists. Closing Was a Breeze

Paula and her team are the best group of realtors that our family has ever worked with. We originally contacted Paula about a property we had seen on a Breckenridge real estate website. The property had just gone under contract, but after speaking with Paula about our wants and needs, she had us a list of properties to look at within a few hours… and even came to pick us up and drove us around to view the properties the next day. That was just the start of our amazing experience with Paula. We ended up deciding on a property that was still under construction and about 3 months from completion.
