As 2024 begins, it’s a time for reflection and fresh starts. This past year has been a mix of challenges and triumphs, all of which have prepared us for the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. With gratitude and warm wishes, we step into the New Year, hoping it brings prosperity and joy to all.
In the start of this new calendar, each of us brings forth resolutions and aspirations, whether it be fitness, finance, or personal growth. When it comes to my business, I’m inspired by the strength, empowerment and phenomenal synergy that has been built over the last few years in my partnership with Aniela Wasmanski and Katie Anne Roberts at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. We have built a Team that brings so much to each and every transaction, but more importantly to each and every client. I have been very fortunate to continue an ongoing, valuable relationship with LIV Sotheby’s. Not only are we able to put the power of the Brand to work for you, but also the added benefit of a trusted, proven, and professional TEAM to handle your real estate now and in the future. It has been fortuitous to grow into our seamless team dynamic, and we stand proudly in our accomplishments. Spanning many years of experience, we have been rewarded in our shared pride of a job well done and the opportunity to continue to learn and to grow, while being part of a profession we truly enjoy. We have you to thank for helping us to create the relationships that are the foundation of all of this!
Moving forward, it is business as usual, working “smarter not harder”. Aniela and I continue to enjoy the deep-dive conversations strategizing with you about your real estate goals, motivations, and dreams. Katie Anne is “the straw that stirs the drink”, handling communication, scheduling, contractual documents, etc. – keeping us on the straight and narrow!
