Is it just me, or does it feel like Summit County has had more gloomy days this year than normal? Where is the sun? Where is the fun? 😉 Well, since we can’t control the weather, we can try to make the most of it, both inside and out. Here are a few activities to try this month in Summit County!

The Art Spot in Silverthorne
The new Art Spot Maker Space in Silverthorne offers special classes and events for people of all ages! For example, you can sign up for Beeswax Candle making, Baby Bird Art, Watercolor Paint and Sip, Kids in Clay, or Adult Craft Night with the Frosted Flamingo! Starting March 21st, they will also have drop in hours where guests can purchase punch passes or memberships and create to their hearts’ content! What a great experience to share with friends or family! Visit their calendar to sign up for an upcoming event!

Cross Country Ski with Women of the Summit
Women of the Summit hosts a huge variety of events each month! Join other women around the County for lunch, networking events, and fun outdoor activities. On April 5th, from 11:45 AM to 1:15, they will meet at Miners Creek for a cross-country ski. Bring your dog and enjoy a great lunch break with new friends! Visit their calendar to see all their upcoming events.

Copper Mountain Fun
You can always feel such great energy walking through Center Village during the Spring at Copper Mountain. They usually have live music, special vendors, and fun contests. They even have $99 tickets on Thursdays which benefit local non-profits. Check out their full calendar for all their events, including USASA Nationals which begins at the end of March.
